Intro

I had originally began writing a large spiel about the trip, including a day by day breakdown of the 6 day hike I did across the Andes from Mendoza to Santiago. To be honest, writing - and especially travel writing - really is not something I’m that interested in and I struggled to motivate myself to write about what I did on a day to day basis. But I really did want to post something about this so I’ve decided to post a bunch of the photos I took from the trip. I don’t actually have a huge amount of photos. I had taken a little digital camera with me that I took some photos with but as the trip went on I took more on my phone, however, shortly after getting back home I bricked my phone and lost all those photos. This means the only photos left are the terrible ones on my camera. I kind of like that though.

One specific mention I would like to make is to Fede and Lauti. On the hike across the Andes, everyone else spoke Spanish and very little English. I felt quite lonely at times but these two spoke to me and we had some really good conversations and they taught me a lot about South American, mostly Argentinian, history. You guys made the trip really great.
